The fourth edition of the project involves the community to prepare for the fair   For Movesul Brasil success means to exceed the expectations of exhibitors and visitors inside and outside Parque de Eventos - which involves training and motivating not only the professionals directly related to the fair, but the transport companies, hotels, restaurants, bars, taxi drivers and local businesses. This is the goal of the Movelsul Excellence project, which seeks to qualify the services provided in Bento Gonçalves and surrounding area.   This year, a lecture called Profiting from Happiness will be held on March 12, given by Fernando C. Oliveira. The speaker emphasizes that having an attractive attitude and being a receptive person makes all the difference in the business world. According to him, “cool” professionals are better accepted by peers, clients and the community where they live. "The secret is to learn techniques to break the barriers that prevent people from being happy. I do this with visual, auditory and kinesthetic tools that lead the audience to have a very dynamic experience in my lectures," he says.
