Exhibiting companies prepare their booths and new products to surprise visitors   Ten months before the opening of Casa Brasil 2013, the leading fair of design and business in Latin America, dozens of companies have already confirmed their participation in the event and are preparing to surprise visitors with sophisticated booths and new products for the high end decoration and furniture market. Featuring more than 14,000 square meters of exhibition space, Casa Brasil will have spaces for modular furniture and occasional items, including upholstery, lighting, products for living and dining rooms, handles, coating products, software programs, garden furniture, doors, home appliances, armchairs and chairs.   Exhibitors from all over Brazil are expected to join in, but the participation of furniture companies based in Bento Gonçalves is also a key factor for the success of Casa Brasil. Many of the companies are already preparing for the fair, including Luminum, a manufacturer of customized lampshades and lightings, which has exhibited in all editions of Casa Brasil. The owner of the company, Cleinor Pozza, invests in innovations for the event as it represents a good opportunity for increasing sales, business contacts and contacts with suppliers. “Casa Brasil is the largest and best fair in the high-end segment of decoration, design and trends. We will launch new lighting products and some items in partnership with Zzapo Desing,” says Pozza.    Evviva, a brand of modular furniture owned by Bertolini, has also exhibited in all editions of Casa Brasil, considering the fair as an opportunity to promote their new products, show the competitive advantage of their services and strengthen their relationship with design professionals. The commercial manager of Evviva, Roberto Ruaro, says there is a significant improvement in the perception of the brand due to Casa Brasil, gaining visibility and promotion which results in business. “Evviva believes in design and its team is focused on presenting new products marked by the concept of a competitive advantage,” he says.    Casa Brasil is a movement aimed at changing the culture of the furniture industry, using design as a tool for competitiveness and differentiation in the global market. In its last edition last year, the fair featured 180 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors from 14 countries. In 2013, Casa Brasil will be held from August 13-16, at Parque de Eventos in Bento Gonçalves.
